- No no - is an experimental album coming from an art project by Elyron. For his installation “No taste, no smell” Elyron recorded six sound clips in the kitchen of Del Cambio restaurant in Turin, in May 2018. The six clips were reproduced using specially designed sound boxes, which represented the complexity and the spatiality of recorded sounds.
Elyron then asked ynyo to reprocess the six audio clips in pieces of music, with the constraint of using only sounds taken from the original clips, and with the possibility of adding a single synthesizer in tracks 1, 3 and 6. Every sound is drawn from the elaboration of the field recordings. This is the result.
